Aldosivi will debut with Estudiantes at Minella

Aldosivi will make his debut in the Professional League Soccer Cup against La Plata students, the weekend of October 30 and at the José María Minella stadium. After the draw of the six zones of the contest that will mark the return of Argentine football after seven months, the fixture was known.

On the second day, Guillermo Hoyos’ team will visit Argentinos Juniors in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of La Paternal; for the third, it will be local to San Lorenzo. Later, in the fourth, the “Tiburon” will visit Estudiantes and will play for the first time in the new “Jorge Luis Hirschi” stadium. On the fifth date, Argentinos will visit the Minella; and in the sixth, Aldosivi will play with San Lorenzo in the “Nuevo Gasómetro”.

The Professional League Cup will be played with a first group phase with round-trip matches. The top two from each zone will qualify to play in the Championship Zone. The decisive instance will be composed of the 12 teams which will be divided into Groups A and B and they will play a round of five dates. The leaders of each zone will be tested in a one-game final on neutral ground. The champion will win a place to represent Argentine soccer in the Libertadores 2021. The final is scheduled for January 17.
