The princes Andrés and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have traveled in a private plane to spend the holidays in Malaga amid the revelations of the Epstein case, which put the queen's son in a difficult position, and after the duchess was forced to leave Balmoral ahead of time for the arrival of the Duke of Edinburgh, who has her banned.

Andres was photographed boarding a private plane at Aberdeen airport. The Duke of York was expected to spend the week at the Balmoral in Scotland but the British press says Ferguson convinced him to put land in the middle and travel to Malaga. The couple remains very close in recent months, so much so that from sources close to the palace they say they have resumed their relationship since last April, after more than 20 years apart although they continued to share a house. Prince Andrew is very concerned about the scrutiny of his friendship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Last weekend, the queen sat next to her son on the way to church on the grounds of Balmoral, a day after it emerged, Epstein committed suicide in an American jail. Such is the situation that Buckingham Palace has reacted. "This is a procedure that is carried out in the United States, which does not concern the Duke of York. Any mention of illegal acts against minors is absolutely false," said a statement.

This week they have unveiled a series of documents with details of their practices in which Andrew from England is involved. The Duke of York was named as responsible for touching a child's chest and committing other acts against at least two victims – Joanna Sjoberg and Virginia Giuffre – at Jeffrey Epstein's mansion in Manhattan, according to the documents presented by Giuffre's lawyers in 2017

The dukes have settled in a luxurious resort from Sotogrande, where they have been on vacation together on other occasions since 2009. They occupy a private villa, valued at more than 38 million. Last week it was the Dukes of Sussex who were in Spain on vacation, specifically in Ibiza.
