2020 got off to a very good start in Antalya (Turkey) which, during the first two months of the year, broke its visitor record with 388,994 tourists. After the impact of Covid-19, which has paralyzed tourism activity almost entirely, obviously, the results have not been as projected, but the Turkish destination has managed to keep the pulse relatively well.
As collected Tourism Agency, between January 10 and November 15 a total of 3,356,000 tourists came to the holiday destination located in the south of the country.
The largest issuing country was Russia, with a total of 1.45 million visitors. They are followed by Ukraine (554 thousand), Germany (339 thousand), United Kingdom (209 thousand), Poland (85 thousand) and Belarus (63 thousand).
