By benchmarking software GFXBench 5.0 the brand new bitten apple processor, the Apple M1, although this time to reveal the graphical performance that their 8 graphics cores that integrates and have a direct comparison with the graphics of a conventional PC.
According to Apple, the integrated graphics, unknown for now, are capable of offering a performance of 2.6 TFLOPs FP32, and these achieved superior performance in all tests with respect to the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (2.13 TFLOPs) and the AMD Radeon RX 560 (2.61 TFLOPs).
If we take an average of performance between all the benchmarks, the GPU of the Apple M1 gives an average of 275,07 FPS; the Nvidia GeForce RTX 1050 Ti gives you an average of 199,83 FPS; and the AMD Radeon RX 560 gives an average of 177,34 FPS.
With this data in hand, we can say that the GPU of the Apple M1 is a 37.6% faster than the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti in this benchmark, and 55.1% faster than AMD Radeon RX 560. The interesting thing will be to know here also the energy consumption, which will be infinitely lower in the Apple GPU.
