The police arrested a man in connection with the disappearance of missing Miss Morgan, a student from Hatfield.
Joy, a midwife student at the University of Hertfordshire, is missing in Hatfield and was last seen in Ilford on December 26, 2018.
She was reported missing to the police on Thursday, February 7th.
A 40-year-old man from London was arrested and released on bail as the investigation continued.
Joy is described as a black, slender figure, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with black afro hair that she often covers with a scarf.
She also wears glasses.
Tannis Perks, Chief Inspector of Welwyn Hatfield, said, "This is a complex investigation of the missing persons, and we are working hard to determine the circumstances that affect the disappearance of Joy.
"Understandably, her family is very worried about her and desperately wants to know she's fine.
"I would like Joy to contact you to let us know she is safe.
"If you have information about Joy's whereabouts, please contact 101. To see them immediately, please call 999."
Yesterday (Tuesday, February 12), on her 21st birthday, Joy's family issued the following appeal:
"We love you, we miss you. Wherever you are, drop us a line or call to let us know you're alright. It does not matter what happened, just come home. "
Joy has connections to Ilford, Battersea and Cricklewood in London as well as Bedfordshire.
