The Bayern wear their new adidas jersey for the first time in the last Bundesliga match 2018/19 against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

"Against the background of six unprecedented national titles, the stadium's unique, red-colored, energetic exterior inspires the bold design of the 2019/20 home jersey," the official press release said.

"The traditional, all-red design of the home jersey is adorned with the stadium's signature diamond architecture, which has been reshuffled and transformed into a bold new pattern as the club looks to the future and honors the past."

Dortmund had already worn its new PUMA jersey last weekend in a 3-2 win over Fortuna Dusseldorf.

"The new home shirt is based on the jerseys of the past and combines a clear, classic look with a crew neck, raglan sleeves and modern graphics on the shoulders," explains the press release.

"The woven BVB logo on the chest is complemented by an embroidered PUMA logo and a large 'DORTMUND' lettering on the back.

"The neck label is also a tribute to the proud club's history:" 110 years – yesterday – today – tomorrow – forever Borussia Dortmund "(110 years – yesterday – today – tomorrow – forever Borussia Dortmund)."
