Carrie was associated with the former foreign minister after it was claimed that he had built up a "strong friendship" with her in the months prior to his separation from Ms. Marina
Mrs. Johnson's wife, Marina Wheeler, is expected to prepare to distribute divorce papers on him by citing his "adultery" for the collapse of her 25-year marriage.
Carrie Symonds was accused of promoting Theresa May's vision for Brexit, but went abrupt last month
A friend said, "The papers are coming soon, they were due within the next two weeks, but Marina had just enough."
Miss Symonds was officially a cheerleader of the Tory party, which was commissioned to promote the vision of Theresa May for the Brexit.
But behind the scenes, Downing Street feared that Miss Symonds would get too close to Mrs. May's biggest critic, Mr. Johnson, raising concerns about a conflict of interest.
In addition, she was very present in social media and made statements about public policy.
She has often made positive comments about Mr. Johnson, who last year posted a link to one of his speeches with the comment "This is really worth seeing."
Despite her role in the back office, she regularly pushed for issues such as environmental scandals and the prospect that black taxi rapist John Worboys was released earlier this year after less than a decade of imprisonment.
At the time, she wrote, "brilliant news" was when an outcry about Worboys case led the public to learn details of why a criminal was released early.
When the news of her involvement in Mr. Johnson broke on Saturday, she tweeted, "Sea Otters have the fattest coat of all animals."
Her encrypted message came after Mr. Johnson mentioned Otter in his newspaper column three weeks ago.

Yesterday, Miss Symonds had disappeared when Westminster speculation focused on her after Mr. Johnson broke up with his wife, Marina Wheeler.
As Secretary of State, Mr. Johnson has always taken time for Brexit to continue his "strong friendship" with Miss Symonds, who is only five years older than his eldest daughter Lara, who has since called her father "selfish." * & # 39 ;.
Mr. Johnson, 54, sent a "ministerial car" to collect Miss Symonds from a wedding, bombarded her with playful lyrics, attended her 30th birthday, and winced and ate on Valentine's Day, while his "angry" police officers were sitting there claimed.
His wife, also 54 years old, eventually tired of his serial infidelity after discovering some of his glaring lyrics, and the couple announced their divorce on Friday.
Mr. Johnson's breakdown of marriage broke out around the time of the crucial Checkers agreement in July.
Yesterday, there was anger that Mr. Johnson not only distracted himself from delivering Brexit, but spending too much time with the head of the Tory party.
But Mr. Johnson's allies scolded Downing Street.
Brexiter MP Nadine Dorries said: "This is all a bullying attempt by No 10 Boris to destroy before the party conference and it's going on throughout the summer." I believe Carrie was collateral damage because she was close to the Brexiteers, part of which was her attack strategy to get rid of.
She was nicknamed "Apples" for her voluptuous cheeks and was described as charming, contagiously good fun, popular with men and women and passionate about politics
A friend described Mrs. Symonds as a person for whom the word "lively" could have been invented. She is very intelligent, very pretty, very sexy
She attended the Godolphin and Latymer School in Hammersmith, West London, where she excelled
"I'm pretty sure she was ousted, she's a lovely girl, everyone talks a lot, and she was excellent at her job." CCHQ feels her loss sharply.
A Tory MP added, "Theresa May's team treats anyone who gets in their way, and it's no coincidence that Carrie Symonds had to quit her job."
Another high-ranking Tory said, "You can see what it might look like in No. 10 when they discover that the woman responsible for communication is in a relationship with the Prime Minister's prime minister, and it may be a question shared loyalty, and that could explain why she left. "
And another source added, "She was sometimes shockingly indiscreet and critical of Theresa May, and would actively promote Boris interests towards journalists before May, and the head office got wind of it, thinking she had two loyalties." She jumped before she pushed has been. "
Friends of Miss Symonds, who advised Sajid Javid as a ward secretary, said she felt disadvantaged because of her connections to Team Boris. And one Tory insider insisted that her resignation was not related to her relationship with Mr Johnson or her friendships with other leading Brexiters like Zac Goldsmith, John Whittingdale, and Michael Gove.
"The reason Carrie left has nothing to do with her private life," the source said. "Yes, she is a Brexite friend of many other Brexiteers, but there are quite a few Brexiteers in No 10. Finally, the government is bringing Britain out of the EU."
These are the results of a Survey Survey for the Daily Mail, the first official poll conducted since the announcement of Johnson's divorce from Marina Wheeler
Colleagues first noticed that Mr. Johnson had eyes for the adviser when they visited the Tory annual black and white donation ball in February. They were introduced to giggling together as they left.
Friends claim that they go to extra lengths during and after work to see each other. They said their "strong relationship" has been an open secret for several months.
Miss Wheeler now lives in North London and is said by friends to have borrowed a Brexit tag. One said, "She's in control, she's not a victim, nobody who knows her recognizes that description, it's about Marina taking back control."
Neither Mr. Johnson nor Miss Symonds commented.
