Bridge collapses as reporter broadcasts live in North Carolina

NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES.-Tremendous scare lived a reporter of the Fox network and her team in North Carolina, United States, when the bridge on which they were standing gave way by the heavy rains caused by Eta.

The bridge gave way a few inches from where the reporter made her live broadcast.

“Okay, this is terrifyingly scary,” yells reporter Amber Roberts as she drifts away from the hole left by the pavement collapse in Alexander County.

The journalist sounds really shocked by what had just happened in front of her eyes. Fortunately no one was injured.


At least seven people have died due to floods in the aforementioned county and Iredell, while two people remain missing, including a child under 1 year old.
