Spinner on Leicestershire's left arm, Callum Parkinson, has signed a new two-year contract.
Matt Parkinson, the 23-year-old twin brother of Lancashire and England, is linked to Grace Road until 2021.
Since arriving in Leicester in 2017, the former Lancashire Junior has played most of his cricket in the T20.
He took 42 wickets in 43 T20 Blast games, and made 21 first-class appearances and 13 in list A cricket.
His 12 wickets last season earned him fourth place in the list of winners of the box office T20 for Fox, just 24 behind their record holder Claude Henderson.
"I'm delighted with my success in T20," said the former Derbyshire and Staffordshire player. "I feel that I am getting better and better at every competition and that I am discovering more and more the art of playing spinner in the shortest forms.
"But, first of all, I want to play more cricket with the red ball." It was sometimes difficult to play bowling at four-day cricket, but I feel that it only made me a better pitcher. , more resistant, in all three forms. "
Parkinson is currently 14,000 km from home and plays cricket for the Northern Districts of Adelaide alongside Leicestershire captain Mark Cosgrove.
