The heavy rains in the city have caused various effects, among which the sinkhole of Calle Sur 19 Oriente 4 stands out, which is approximately 3 meters deep.

Despite the depth it has and the risk it represents, the area has been cordoned off since Saturday night, to prevent an accident from happening that day and subsequent days.

As of this Monday, the repair work of the sinkhole began, those in charge of it, commented that there were no major damages.

So it is expected that by this Tuesday the work will be finished and the street will reopen so that cars can circulate again.

Likewise, it should be noted that a sinkhole is a subsidence of the ground, which generally occurs when there is an underground current or some egg space under the ground.
