Leandro Bolmaro came directly to 2020 NBA Draft as one of the great promises of the future of the league. His enormous talent drew attention from the first minute to the scouts of the different franchises in the league. However, the delicate situation that the world has experienced with the coronavirus has caused the Argentine to decide to postpone his appearance in the already named Draft.
That is why Bolmaro, last August, decided to renew with Barcelona Lassa, a team to which he belongs from the summer of 2018, until 2023 and becoming a Sarunas Jasikevicius first team player in all respects.
However, this renewal has not changed the plans of the NBA franchises. Reports indicate that up to 23 of the 30 that make up the league want to take over the services of the young Argentine player (some even hope that he will end up presenting to the November Draft).
Boston Celtics is one of the teams that has set its interest in Leandro Bolmaro. The forecasts made by the experts of the Draft placed the Argentine between the pick No. 23 and 30. For 2021, one of those positions is more than feasible for those from Massachusetts, since if everything runs its course they will fight another year for the ring (staying out of the lottery).
All this could change if over the next month Bolmaro changes his mind and decides to officially appear in the 2020 Draft. In that case, it would be many teams that would change their plans to get this 20-year-old talent.
