The Aztec star managed to perform a brilliant test where, at all times, he felt comfortable and sure of his work. With that, ‘Czech’ Pérez will start from the second row in which he started alongside Red Bull with Thai Alexander Albon, who finished the reclassification in fourth position, one below the Mexican.

Similarly, the team he defends (Racing Point) also achieved a historic event, because together with Pérez’s great career he managed to accommodate his other pilot, the Canadian Lance Stroll, in first place after covering 5,340 meters in one minute 47 seconds and 765 thousandths. The Dutchman will remain in second place Max Verstappen of Red Bull, who will leave with a second and a half of advantage overCzech’ Pérez.

The Top5 is completed by the Australian from Renault Daniel Ricciardo, while other pilots like Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes), Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) and Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) disappointed by finishing sixth, ninth, twelfth and fourteenth, respectively, so they will have to show their best weapons if they want to get on the podium at the Turkish Grand Prix.

With that, ‘Czech’ Pérez continues to demonstrate his skills behind the wheel, which keep him as one of the drivers with the greatest projection in Formula 1 to such a degree that he is linked on more than one occasion with Red Bull, team that would sign him for next season if he departs from Racing Point.
