DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC MOST CHILDREN ARE BEHIND ON THEIR PHYSICALS AND REQUIRED IMMUN IZATIONS. THESE PHYSICALS AND IMMUNIZATIONS ARE MANDATORY PRIOR TO THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR. NOW IS THE TIME TO SCHEDULE THESE APPOINTMENT

COVID-19 VACCINE FOR AGES 12 YEARS TO 16 YEARS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE THIS SUMMER. YOU CANNOT RECEIVE ANY OTHER VACCINE TWO WEEK PRIOR OR AFTER RECEIVING A COVID-19 VACCINE. SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS FOR COVID-19 VACCINE IS NOT PUBLISHED AT THIS TIME; HOWEVER, IT WOULD BE PRUDENT TO RECEIVE ALL SCHOOL MANDATED IMMUNIZATIONS NOW. IF THE VACCINE BECOMES MANDATED, THERE WOULD BE LESS SCHEDULING DELAYS.

We need to attain at least 75% vaccinated population for herd immunity and to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Vaccine Coverage With One Dose: 36.3%

Vaccine Coverage Complete Series: 21.3%
