Four other patients died of coronavirus in Cheshire hospitals.
The latest figures published by NHS England now show that there have been 703 deaths from Covid-19 in county hospitals.
In the last reporting period, three out of four NHS trusts in Cheshire have reported coronavirus deaths.
The Countess of the Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust had the most deaths after her patients tested coronavirus positive.
However, the confidence has not seen any new deaths for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, which means that their figure remains at 215.
Meanwhile, East Cheshire NHS Trust, which manages hospitals in Macclesfield, Knutsford and Congleton, has experienced two patient deaths in the last reporting period, with a total that now stands at 143.
The hospitals of the Mid Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust, which manages Crewe’s Leighton Hospital, the Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and the Elmhurst Intermediate Care Center in Winsford, reported one patient’s death.
Their hospital death toll is 211.
The death toll under the Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is now 134, after having recorded a patient’s death in the past 24 hours.

Wales reported five deaths and Scotland had no new deaths.
The official government toll of 44,131 deaths across all settings, including nursing homes, will be updated later.
