Vaccination Sites at Points of Distribution (POD)
Due to the limited quantities of the COVID-19 vaccine, Maricopa County has partnered with health systems and municipalities to operate the five Distribution Points throughout the county. This allows more people to be quickly vaccinated safely and efficiently. All POD sites are operated by medically certified staff and volunteers.

Prepare for Your Appointment
Bring the following to the Vaccine Distribution Point:
- Confirmation of the appointment by email, QR code or other verification
- Proof of age or employment as a badge or check stub
- Medical insurance card, it is only for the provider, there will be no cost for the vaccine
After Your Visit: The Appointment for the Second Dose
After receiving your first vaccination, you will receive a card as proof, it will include when you received the vaccination, the date and the provider and when your second dose will be (example: 3 to 4 weeks after the first dose). Because vaccines cannot be mixed together, your second dose must be from the same manufacturer as your first dose.
Below are the pharmacy sites that offer the vaccine for adults 75 and older. The vaccine will continue to be placed in other pharmacies as more vaccines arrive. You must provide proof of age when you arrive for your appointment. Appointment required, walk-ins are not accepted.
