With the upcoming Bonfire Night on November 5th, we've put together a list of the best bonfires and fireworks events in Cumbria and the Lake District.

You can spend a small fortune on a box of decent firecrackers and watch them go up in smoke over your garden – or you can relax and watch the biggest, loudest and brightest fireworks in a professional presentation.

Some of the displays we have selected are on the evening others were chosen – either way, you have the choice.
