Celebs from all walks of the show went to their doors and balconies to cheer and applaud the great efforts of our NHS staff.
It was a symbolic appreciation offered by Great Britain to NHS workers by catering staff to general practitioners.
David Beckham has joined three of his children – Junior, Cruz and Harper – to thank the assistants for all their hard work right now.
The quartet smiled at the cameras as they cheered the assistants in the UK.
David wrote alongside the video: “Glad to be able to join the whole country to thank the courageous health workers and our brilliant NHS who works tirelessly in the fight against COVID-19.”
Phillip Schofield did not miss the opportunity to thank the NHS when he joined all of Great Britain outside to applaud our companions.

Stacey Solomon reacted to tears as she listened to her “whole road” by clapping for the NHS.
Overcome by the excitement in her Instagramstory, Stacey wrote: “I don’t know if you can hear, but the whole road claps your hands and I had to stop the camera because I was about to burst into tears.”
The Loose Women presenter joined little Rex while filming herself and her 10-month-old son cheering through the window.
Meanwhile, Gemma Collins burst into tears on Instagram when she saw the moment unfold.
He said, “It was really exciting to see everyone get together right now.
“Everyone is unknown at the moment and it is simply fantastic that everyone has gone out and shown their support.
“It’s just a really scary moment, I didn’t think I was so scared, but I am, and we just have to keep calm and hope that this disappears very quickly.”
Katie Price also joined Stacey and her son Rex in thanking the NHS.
