Demi Moore has announced that she had a miscarriage when she was with Ashton Kutcher and blames herself for having lost her child.
The 56-year-old actress has learned about her past relationships with Harper's Bazaar magazine before her upcoming memoirs are released.
One of the biggest revelations is the admission that she lost a little girl six months after she was 42 years old and in 2005 was with the then 27-year-old Kutcher.
The couple would call the child Chaplin Ray.
Demi said she blamed herself for the loss because she started drinking again after a period of sobriety.
The relationship with Kutcher lasted another six years before separating in 2011 and finally divorced a year later.
Demi, the star of the films, including Ghost, Indecent Proposal and Striptease, has stripped naked for the cover of the October issue of Harper's Bazaar.
In a revealing interview, Demi told the magazine about her struggles with alcohol and drug abuse and the impact she had on her relationship with her daughters from her marriage to Bruce Willis – Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
When she talked about her relapses, she said, "In retrospect, I realized that when I opened the door again, I only gave my strength.
"I think I would imagine: It was really important to me to have a natural birth, because I did not want to miss a single moment.
"And with that, I've been in pain, sobering means I do not want to miss a moment of life, even if it means I'm in pain."
Moore's memoir, Inside Out, will be released later this month.
