Durham Bulls will hold the projection of Captain America’s socially distant July 4th film, tickets start at $ 150

DURHAM, NC (WTVD) – While fireworks are canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Durham Bulls offer fans a socially distant way to celebrate July 4th.

On July 4th, the Durham Bulls will present an evening screening of Captain America: The First Avenger on the Blue Monster video card. But to protect spectators, each group will be seated in an individual 25 ‘by 10’ pod on the outdoor court.

The film starts at 8:00 PM, but the park opens at 6:30 PM. Tickets cost $ 150 for a five-person pod and $ 300 for a 10-person pod. Tickets are available online here.

All the “pods” will have popcorn, but some concession stands will also be open for ice cream, alcohol, soft drinks and water.

Chairs or outside food are not allowed, but blankets are encouraged.
