Europe confines more and does not expect relief from vaccines until March

Berlin – The governments of Europe yesterday announced stricter and prolonged measures to contain the new coronavirus after the detection of a rapidly spreading variant, already present in 50 countries around the world, and amid a generalized belief that vaccines will help too much at least in the first quarter of the year.
