Four people were injured and one was hospitalized following a stabbing in central Manchester.
A thirty-year-old was assigned an assignment and was arrested on suspicion of a serious assault.
The stabbing took place on Market Street and the Greater Manchester Police isolated the area after receiving reports shortly before 6.20 pm.
The footage shows a large police presence on Market Street with MetroLink and affected bus services.

Greater Manchester police tweeted: ‘The police are currently responding to a stabbing in central Manchester.
Shortly before 18.20 tonight, police were called to report that two people had been stabbed on Market Street.
Officers attended and a 30-year-old man was arrested on charges of a serious assault – a taser was deployed during the arrest.

‘Four people were injured and one was taken to hospital for treatment.
‘This is treated as an isolated incident and there is not believed to be a wider threat to the public
‘Anyone who has witnessed the accident or has footage or information is invited to contact the police.
“Bus and metrolink services are currently affected.”
A Manchester police spokesman said he was called at 6.20 pm after news of two injuries
“Anyone with information is invited to call the police at 101 citing the number of the accident 2353 of 12/01/2020, or the independent charity organizations Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.”
TJ, 30, who witnessed the accident, said he saw a man in his fifties with a rag on his face.
He said the man entered Tesco Express while bleeding and bought a three-liter bottle of cider.
It is understood that the accident occurred near Primark and a police cordon remains outside the Market Street shop

“He went near Ladbrokes where I think it happened and the ground was destroyed in small bloodstains,” added TJ.
He added that someone called A&E and in less than two or three minutes the police speeded up Portland Street.
A police cordon is in place outside Primark on Market Street and investigations are in the early stages.
