A 22-year-old Google software technician was found dead at the company's headquarters in New York City, authorities say. Scott Krulcik was found unconscious at his workplace on the sixth floor of the building in Chelsea by a janitor around 21:00 on Friday. The first respondents tried resuscitation but could not revive Krulcik. He was declared dead on the spot.

Google software engineer Scott Krulcik, 22, (photo) was found dead by unknown cause at the headquarters of the tech giant in New York City by a concierge on Friday night. Police sources told the ABC7 that there were no signs of trauma on Krulcik's body and officials did not suspect foul play. The victim had no known history of medical conditions or problems with the use of resources. The office of the city's medical inspector carries out an autopsy to determine the official cause of death. Krulcik, from Saratoga Springs, lived in the West Village of Manhattan, went to school at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and started working at Google in August, according to his LinkedIn profile.
