‘He can’t see us winning’ – What fans of Rotherham from Coventry City are doing

Coventry City kicks off a series of games that could be decisive for those who finish in the top two league One rankings when they welcome Rotherham United to St Andrew on Tuesday evening.

Something will have to give when the two main parts of the division meet; Sky Blues have only lost one game at B9 so far this season, 15 have played in front of their own fans, while Miller are at the top of the away form table after winning 10 of their 16 road games.

Mark Robins’ men are in a great place right now, though. They scored their fifth consecutive league win in Rochdale on Saturday and are unbeaten in eleven League One games.

After that, it’s Sunderland and Ipswich, but Rotherham will take precedence before the weekend and provide a severe test of City’s promotion credentials like any other.

Rotherham United fans on Coventry

MillerBill: After winning in windswept Accrington, we have another away match against Coventry that seems to emulate everything we do. The next game should be a cracker.

Silly Miller: Playing a game of the season on Tuesday a win means that a loss can mean playoffs. All or nothing. A side note if Coventry will go up on what ground will they play?

Grist to the Mill: All about pressure and who can manage it better. For this device, the pressure on Coventry is greater than we are.

Grumpy King of the West: One device that appears to be going under the radar is Coventry vs Sunderland on Sunday. It’s huge.

Camiller : I have just seen their victory in Rochdale, a sympathetic of the Rochdale goalkeeper to give them 2 goals, and if we think we have turned off after scoring in Accrington, Coventry conceded 8 seconds after the kickoff when they had gone 2-0 . Nothing to fear on Tuesday.

tower crane : Time to stiffen weak links.

Millertop : A game that we would like us to win. They have a game in hand that I think they will lose, so we have to make sure we hit the three points on Tuesday to help out.

Michael Rose of Coventry City celebrates his initial goal

Flourbasher : Fair play for Cov and Mr Bobbins. They have actually played all their games away from home and their fans have to travel, which is not easy for night games. Even if we are at the top of the away rankings, they are really them. We are at the top of the table but it really matters

CaytonMiller : We are a better football team than Coventry. We mark from all over the field. We played well and we will be too strong for them

Ackworth Miller : We have every reason to believe. We keep the winning mentality. We keep finding a way to win, so let’s go and do it again! A point would be great, though I’m sure Warney will prepare them for a win.

ThaiMillerFan : Coventry is playing really well. We all know how the Robins can motivate a team. I can’t see us winning. A draw would be a fair result. We always play well against the best sides, I hope it has proven me wrong, against the Miller.

Nardendee : I can see us win. Why shouldn’t we win? If we draw well, but we have to win. If we go to the draw, we are inviting pressure and we would probably lose. If we are playing, we are more than a game for anyone in this league.

Casper 64 Frank: Even though St Andrews isn’t my favorite land on a cold Tuesday night, I can’t wait to do it. Coventry will also want punishment for the result early in the season. It is winnable, we must have the best away record in League 1 …..
