Luke Thomas was involved in a nine-goal thriller on Saturday when Coventry City suppressed Sunderland's automatic league one-promotion hopes.
The Derby County winger picked up a wizard for a bumpy 5-4 win at the Stadium of Light, leaving Sunderland two points behind runner-up Barnsley – despite having a game in hand.
Coventry led on three separate occasions – Thomas scored City's second goal – before Conor Chaplin scored the eventual winner 12 minutes before the final whistle.
Thomas played 76 minutes before being replaced.
"Lively through and Bakayoko in the back for the second goal of the city," said CoventryLive. "I worked hard and did a great job and energy.

Alex Pearce played the full 90 minutes in the heart of the Millwall defense when they left too late to score a point at Sheffield United.
The Blades had taken the lead through Gary Madine's second-half strike, but Jake Cooper increased the distance to four minutes. The drop in points gave the Premier League an advantage over Leeds United, who finished second to Sheffield on Wednesday.
"We knew it would be hard to come here," Millwall chief Neil Harris said. "Sheffield United were the best team to come to The Den this season and rightly beat us in the second half of the season.
"I decided my opinion up there, and then I would play five at the back."
Middlesbrough maintained hopes in the play-off championship with a close win against Chris Martins Hull City.

Martin played the last 25 minutes of the 1-0 defeat at Riverside Stadium.
"Declined by Mikel's goal difference and unable to bring the equalizer," reported HullLive. He was awarded six out of ten points for his performance.
Jacob Butterfield failed to help Bradford City reach their sixth consecutive defeat and eighth place in nine games.
The midfielder played the entire 90 minutes as the Bantams drew 3-2 at Bristol Rovers.
Bradford's last defeat means they remain in last place in League One, nine points for safety and only 12 points.
Max Lowe played the entire 90 minutes when Aberdeen was beaten in the Scottish Cup semi-final, 3-0 against Celtic.
Goalkeeper Jonathan Mitchell scored a goal without conceding when Shrewsbury Town stunned the League One relegation fears by beating Gillingham 2-0. George Thorne (Luton Town) and Timi Elsnik (Northampton Town) were both unused substitutes.
