Clarion Gaming, the organizer of ICE London (February 4-6, 2020, ExCeL London, Great Britain), confirmed a number of improvements to the Consumer Protection Zone (CPZ), which was presented in 2018 at the largest gaming technology event.

ICE London: focus on operator social responsibility

The third CPZ will be more than 30% more than the previous ones and will be located on a significant location near VIP Lounge N1 in the ExCeL exhibition complex.

Eva Bakun, Director of Analysis and Industry Engagement at Clarion Gaming, and responsible for creating the Consumer Protection Zone, believes the new location reflects the importance that all sectors of the international industry place on social responsibility.

She noted: “The dialogue we have with industry through initiatives such as our network of decision makers Ampersand confirms how priority social responsibility is on the agenda. CPZ is an important part of ICE London for many influential industry representatives. ”

According to her, in addition to conducting educational sessions, work with exhibitors will be carried out in the CPZ zone with the aim of organizing a program of sudden topics throughout the show. The message of this event is to declare that the issue of consumer protection is in the focus of industry, and is not just an ordinary element of the exhibition area.

Lee Willow, co-founder and executive director of YGAM, a leading charity that works to inform, educate and warn young people of troubled gambling and gaming, greeted this announcement.

He said: “YGAM has been working with Clarion Gaming for a long time, and, of course, ICE London provides an exceptional platform for charities to further raise awareness of social goals with the help of like-minded people. The consumer protection zone has evolved over the past few years, and thanks to a larger and larger area, along with the sudden discussions of safe gambling and social responsibility, ICE London continues to lead and set the bar. ”

Into the Future within ICE London for three days will bring together more than 600 experts and over 35,000 gaming professionals with the goal of business development and training the international gaming community.
