Red Bull Leipzig qualified for the Champions League semi-finals this Thursday after winning 2-1 against Atlético de Madrid at the José Alvalade stadium.

Leipzig beat their opponent with two goals. The first goal was made by Dani Olmo in the 50th minute with a header to the ball that went straight to the goal, giving the team an advantage. Tyler Adams scored the second goal In the 88th minute, he decided to hit the ball outside the area, but it hit José María Giménez’s leg and entered Oblak’s goal.

With Adams’s score almost at the end of the game, the German team assured their victory against the rojiblancos, who had managed to tie with a penalty of Joao Felix, but that was not enough.

Su next rival will be Paris Saint Germain, who yesterday turned the game in his favor at the end of the second half against Atalanta winning 2-1. The meeting will be Tuesday, August 18 at 9:00 p.m. (CET) at the Da Luz stadium.
