London Stock Exchange again with Swiss stocks

Brexit makes it possible: From next year the London Stock Exchange will resume trading in Swiss stocks. The SIX Swiss Exchange should also benefit.

The negotiations between the EU and the UK on Brexit are in crisis. But the transition period between the negotiating partners expires at the end of the year. If this deadline is not extended, London will soon resume trading on the Swiss stock exchange, which would normalize Switzerland’s situation in Europe’s most important financial center. In fact, since July 2019 there has been a state of emergency not only with London, but with the entire EU with regard to stock exchange trading.
