Eve Gale became the first person to be unloaded from the villa following a dramatic recovery on Friday, resulting torn from her twin sister Jess.
Following the arrival of two male bombs in the form of Connagh Howard and Finley Tapp earlier this week, the women fought to win their affections.
However, it was 20-year-old Eva who lost her life because she was not chosen to be part of a couple, which means she had to pack her bags and permanently leave her South African home.

Nas Majeed remained with the difficult decision to choose between two identical twins.
In his speech, the 23-year-old manufacturer said: ‘First of all, I would like to say that this is a very difficult decision for me. I met Jess and Eve very well last week.
“However, I would like to pair with this girl because I feel I spent a little more time with her and get to know her a little better. So the girl I would like to pair with is Jess.”
Reacting to the news, her island mates seemed shocked as they hurried to embrace her.

And it was her sister Jess who was most devastated by Eva’s release because it meant she had to continue her journey on Love Island without her beloved sister.

In the emotional scenes, Eva urged her brother to continue in the villa after offering to leave with her, saying, ‘You know I want you to try, I wouldn’t let you go with me.
“I can’t hold you back.”

The news of the reconstitution came when the girls sat around the pool after the challenge, with Shaughna receiving a message about their fate.
Reading the message aloud, Shaughna declared: ‘There will be a reunion tonight. The girl who has not been chosen to join a couple will be discharged from the island, leaving the girls wavering.
In response to the news, Siânnise raised a hand to her mouth as she said “oh s ** t”.
While twins Jess and Eve exchanged worried looks while they and their companions realized that their fate was in the boys’ hands.

Meanwhile, Mike has chosen Leanne, Finley has chosen Paige and Siânnise has been chosen by Connor.
