Love Island: Ollie Williams breaks the silence on the “trophy hunt” charges after leaving the ITV2 show

Ollie Williams, the Island of love the contestant who left the show after only three days responded after facing the trophy hunting charges.

The 23-year-old property owner was at the center of a petition to remove him from the ITV2 show after the photographs obtained by The sun it seemed to show him posing with dead animals.

Williams left the show after claiming he still had feelings for his ex-girlfriend, although many viewers thought his departure was associated with Ofcom’s complaints about the pictures.


Now, Williams has faced the charges and denied killing the animals shown in the photos.

He continued: “I have not shot any of the animals shown in the photographs nor have I ever shot as a trophy hunter. I volunteered to take part in the conservation and anti-poaching program in Mozambique, a part involving old or sick animals are down. I was there as an observer. “

Williams added that “he had no knowledge of the stories until [he] he had left the villa, “and said none of his fellow competitors knew about the reports.
