Voters at the Songwriters Hall of Fame will have a chance next month to give Missy Elliott a chance to enter the 2019 class.

The organization announced Thursday its full program of nominees, including many well-known names, including Mariah Carey, John Prine, Chrissie Hynde and Vince Gill.

Elliott, who wrote and produced songs for Whitney Houston, Aaliyah and Beyoncé, is the first female rapper to be nominated for the Songwriters Hall of Fame. If recorded, she will be – according to Jay-Z and Jermaine Dupri – in the hall only the third rappers.
