The space action “Star Wars: Squadrons”, which can be played completely in VR on the PC and PlayStation 4, will be provided with new content in November and December 2020, as Electronic Arts and Motive Studios have confirmed. Two free updates are planned.
On November 25, 2020, with the first update, a new map of a place popular with fans will be published, “Fostar Haven”. This map will be available in both the Fleet Battles and Space Battles. The update also includes several new ship components, including a Boost Extension Set, missiles, shield-piercing prototype torpedoes, and an anti-material missile gun.
The second update will be released in December 2020 and will deliver some more content that players want, including two iconic starfighters, the B-Wing of the New Republic and the TIE Defender of the Empire. In addition, the Space Battles and Fleet Battles will also introduce custom matches on all seven maps. These customized matches are designed to ensure that more players can participate in community-organized tournaments. More information is available at official site.
