At the beginning of next year, a project is to be launched to bring to life a long-deteriorated piece of land in North Yorkshire

Boroughbridge's York House Leisure (YHL) is transforming a former mushroom farm near Selby into a luxurious residential park.

Gateforth Park is adjacent to the Selby Golf Club at Thorpe Willoughby and will include 168 multi-story car parks and two private fishing lakes, a shop, a community center, a village square, woods and a dog area.

The first phase of Prestige Homeseeker Park & ​​Leisure Homes, based in Northamptonshire on behalf of YHL, is scheduled for launch in February 2020.
