Resource Management has partnered with financial services firm Parmenion to bring the best financial technology talent to the heart of Bristol over the next two years. Parmenion is an award-winning Bristol-based company specializing in technology and investment solutions. It was launched in 2007 and is experiencing the fastest growth of its 11 years of existence, having surpassed £ 5 billion in assets under management (AUM) in 2018.

To support this expansion, Resource Management (RM), headquartered in Clifton, has more than 40 years of experience outsourcing the recruitment process, providing a seamless end-to-end recruitment solution covering all the domains. The partnership comes as Parmenion prepares to move into its new offices in the environmentally-friendly, high-tech Aurora office building at Finzel's Reach.

Martin Jennings, CEO of Parmenion, said: "We are excited to announce this new collaboration with Resource Management, a Bristol-based recruiter, as we want to leverage their local know-how to recruit collaborators to help us build on our success. Thanks to Bristol's growing reputation as a hub of financial technology, we know that the city's innovation potential is considerable and we want to be at the forefront of promoting this growth. "

Bristol has recently been designated as the most productive technology cluster in the UK, with a significant and growing contribution of financial technologies. RM has a proven track record in developing innovative candidate attraction techniques to drive customer growth in IT, financial services and the fintech sector. The company will also improve Parmenion's internal recruitment capacity to fully control the program by the end of 2020.

Steve Phillips, director of customer solutions at RM, said, "We are excited about the opportunity to work with Parmenion and build the region's growing fintech capabilities.

"Parmenion's growth and commitment to innovation and customer service reflect our own culture and we want to take on the challenge of making them the top talent destination in the industry," he added.

Abigail Ginn, Human Resources Manager at Parmenion, said, "Our people are our greatest asset in continuing to provide exceptional solutions and services to our customers.

"That's why, over the last three years, we have rapidly increased our workforce to help us achieve our goals. As our next phase of growth is well underway, we hope our collaboration with Resource Management will bring a lot of passionate and highly skilled people to our growing team. "
