Phillip Schofield announces the return of the hit show The Cube: “Game on!”

ITV star Phillip Schofield has announced the return of the popular television show The Cube.

The 58-year-old This Morning star shared the big news with her social media fans.

Taking on Instagram, Phil clarified his excitement over the return of the great TV show.

Sharing in view of his approximately 3.2 million followers, he published all the details of his stories.

The announcement includes: “The cube is returning to ITV for a brand new series.

“And this time the challenge is bigger than ever.

“You may have a chance to win a huge cash prize.”

The announcement therefore encourages two members of the same family or support bubble who are “competitive” to enter.

Phillip replied to the ad with: “Yes !!! Game on! Can you beat the cube?”

It remains to be confirmed whether Phil will resume his guest role, but judging by his response it seems quite likely.

The Cube was a very popular game show that ran between 2008 and 2015.

Hosted by Phillip Schofield everywhere, it was one of the biggest budget games on British television ever.

Unlike many game shows that require general knowledge, this show subjects its competitors to a series of physical and mental tests.

Competitors were placed in a Perspex cube and competed for the chance to win £ 250,000.

A bigger cash prize

The deadline announced the return of the show for the first time last month. He explained that the new format will include a much larger cash prize.

This has already been a huge year for Phillip. In February he announced that he was gay.

His comments included: “With the strength and support of my wife and daughters, I have come to terms with the fact that I am gay.”

Still married to his wife Stephanie Lowe, he is believed to have spent a lockout period in his family home.
