Police are looking for two men after a woman was dragged behind a toilet block and sexually assaulted at the TRNSMT festival in Glasgow.

The 32-year-old woman was seized by a man while she was heading to a restroom alleged to be near the main stage around 10 pm on Friday.

He pulled her behind the block where another man had sexually assaulted her.

The two men escaped after three men were shouting at them.

Police make a call for information about the incident as she tries to track down the three men who screamed after the attackers.

Sgt Det Euan Keil said, "The woman was going to the bathroom when she was seized by a man and pulled to the back of the toilet block where another man sexually assaulted her.

"The attackers fled after being disturbed by three men walking in the area who shouted at them afterwards.

"I do not think that the three men understood what was really happening or that their intervention probably prevented the escalation of this attack.

"It's important that we locate them because what they've seen could prove essential to catch the two responsible men."

The two suspects are both described as being white, 6 feet tall, medium build, and black-haired.

One was wearing a black t-shirt with a small logo on the front and the other a white t-shirt with an inscription in black.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Stewart Street CID at 101, quoting incident 1094 of 12 July 2019, or to call Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.
