A police cordon is in Killamarsh Street this morning after a shootout in the city reported.
The officers were summoned to a home in Norwood Crescent just before 10:00 pm on Saturday that they described as a "disturbance."

A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said, "A man was injured during the incident and treated by emergency response personnel at the scene before being hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life threatening.
"Our investigation of the circumstances is still at an early stage, but we want to hear from all those who have seen suspicious activity in the area or have information that could help.
"If you can help, call us at 101 and quote incident 1322 from 9 November."
A Killamarsh woman who did not want to be identified said, "Someone was shot late last night.
"It's very unusual, because it's usually a very quiet area."
One man, who did not want to be named, said, "I heard three shots."
