It's Saturday and for many families that means one thing – the big shop on Saturday!

However, before you go to the shelves or pick up your already purchased items, you may want to look through this list.

The latest product recalls from some of the UK's biggest brands, including SlimFast and Walkers, as well as supermarkets such as Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco, can be found here in full.

Use of information from the Food Standards Agency, Trading Standards and M.E.N.

If you own one of these products, you should not eat it but return it for a full refund.

They could be recalled because they contain undeclared ingredients, incorrect labeling or something more serious – the presence of salmonella.

Wanderer – Sensations Thai Sweet Chilli Flavor Potato Chips

Walkers – Sensations Thai Sweet Chili potato chips were recalled

Hikers remember the special taste of Sensations Crips due to false allergen labeling.

The product contains wheat (gluten) that has not been highlighted on the label and may present a health hazard to persons with allergy or intolerance to the ingredient.

Recalled are the 40g packs and the 73g packs labeled "Only £ 1 RRP".

Best before: All dates up to and including 29th of January 2019

Waitrose – Christmas shrimp products

The two products included in this recall are Waitrose Christmas 12 Breaded King Prawns and Christmas 10 Spicy Prawn Selection.

The articles were provided with the wrong expiration dates.

Waitrose Christmas shrimp

The spicy shrimp selection is marked with an expiration date of 4 December or 20 November 2018 and breaded king prawns with an expiry date of 28 November 2018.

The products should be marked with an expiry date of November 25, 2018.

The advice will not be consumed and the product will be returned to a Waitrose dealer for a full refund.

SlimFast – Advanced Vitality Strawberry + Blueberry Burst Meal Replacement Powder Shake Vegan

SlimFast is reminiscent of the above items because they contain milk protein that is not properly stated on the label.

The affected products were sold by Amazon, Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco.

It is assumed that no other SlimFast products are affected.

Those who have purchased the product are advised to contact the appropriate allergy support organizations, and the company has issued a notice of termination at the point of sale informing them of what they need to do.

Poundstretcher – Aldiva Waffo Roll Cappuccino Cream

The above product is recalled by Poundstretcher for undeclared allergens.

The Aldiva Waffo Roll contains eggs, wheat (gluten), hazelnuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and milk, which are not indicated correctly on the label.

The affected pack size is 250 g and all shelf life data.

The product can be returned for a full refund to the shop where it was purchased.

The Aldiva Mosaic Cake Break is obtained because the product contains egg and wheat (gluten) and may contain hazelnuts, milk, peanuts, sesame and sulfite that are not clearly legible on the label.

Waitrose – Treacle Tart cheesecake slices

The English Cheesecake Company recalls its Treacle Tart Cheesecake Slices, which are sold only in Waitrose.

They are taken as a precaution because of incorrect packaging.

Triple Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake slices are also recalled as they contain undeclared soy.

The affected date code is best before November 24, 2018 and November 26, 2018.

Customers can return the items to Waitrose for a full refund.
