Paris Saint-Germain is ready to compete with Inter for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen.
The French champions believe that the £ 14 million deal will be concluded between Spurs and Inter for the Danish national team as a real deal.
Eriksen, 27, has rejected several contract offers from his club because he wants to experience another culture and football outside of England.
PSG has monitored the developing talks between Spurs and Inter and is about to make its move.
Just six months after his contract, the leaders of the French league are able to approach Eriksen and his field directly to probe them.
Eriksen’s only concern would be to make his way to the side with PSG boasting a wide range of midfields and attack midfield talent including Julian Draxler, Marco Verratti and Leandro Paredes.
Eriksen, who helped Spurs reach the Champions League final in June, has played 25 times for the club this season with eight of his Premier League appearances to replace.
He was booed during Tottenham’s 1-0 defeat to Liverpool last Saturday with fans angry over his lack of effort with his expiring contract.
