This is the dramatic moment when a woman was seriously injured crushed between two cars in a pathetic street incident near Buckingham Palace.

It is believed that the victim got out of their Mercedes Benz to protest with another driver before being hit by the Range Rover in London last weekend.

Passengers on a nearby bus were filming the altercation during which the 47-year-old woman was trapped between the two vehicles at a busy intersection in the Hyde Park Corner.

When passers-by tried to comfort the victim on Sunday evening after the incident around 8:00 pm, a man was seen gesticulating and stamping angrily on his feet.

The footage of the incident shows a driver who gets into the light blue Range Rover Evoque and drives the car backwards, whereupon the woman is released.

The victim could then be seen falling on the street and getting help. The police are now checking whether the Range Rover was intentionally driven at them.

Scotland Yard said it was assumed that the woman had been a passenger in the black Mercedes Benz sedan and was engaged in a fight with another driver.

The Mercedes also collided with a bus. When the officers arrived at the scene, they arrested a man who was suspected of being the Range Rover driver.

23-year-old Ade Thompson from Dulwich in south-east London was charged with disqualified driving without insurance and possession of Class B drugs.
