Wolves are ready to complete the permanent signing of striker Raul Jimenez in the next 24 hours for a fee of £ 30 million, according to Sky sources.
The 27-year-old was loaned to the Portuguese giant Benfica this season and scored 15 goals in 37 games in 37 games.
Sky sources know that Jimenez has signed a four-year contract that will keep him at Molineux until 2023.
The deal will eclipse the club's recent record transfer, which signed winger Adama Traore from Middlesbrough last summer for £ 18m.
