Report 465 new cases and 4 deaths from COVID-19 in Venezuela # 21Feb

Venezuela has 136,068 COVID-19 infections, after 465 new cases were confirmed this Sunday, February 21: 40 community and 25 imported.

Through his Twitter account, Freddy Ñáñez, Minister of Communication and Information of the Maduro regime, reported that the national cases are distributed in: Caracas 163, Miranda 100, La Guaira 67, Yaracuy 23, Aragua 19, Zulia 15, Cojedes 12, Táchira 9, Anzoátegui 6, Apure 5, Bolívar 4, Lara 3, Guárico 3, Portuguesa 2, Monagas 2, Mérida 2, Falcón 2, Delta Amacuro 1, Barinas 1 and Carabobo 1.

Imported cases come from Mexico 9, Panama 8, Ecuador 5, Dominican Republic 1, Turkey 1 and Brazil 1.

The official also announced 4 deaths, 2 in Zulia, 1 in Caracas and 1 in Mérida.

He explained that of the total cases registered in the country to date, 128,088 have been recovered and 6,664 remain active, of which 4,475 are confined in hospitals, 1,814 in Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers and 375 in private clinics.
