Mike gave a very rare glimpse of Zara on his cell phone while doing a show in Japan. He used the photo as wallpaper on his smartphone.

The former rugby union player shot in front of the Rugby World Cup in Japan, where he shot for a video series called House of Rugby on YouTube.

Mike left his wife Zara in October, the daughter of the Queen's sister, Princess Anne.

He also left his two daughters Mia, five, and Lena, one.

But Zara decided last week to go to Tokyo with her husband when she appeared at an Olympics.

It comes when Mike recently shared a heartwarming photo on Instagram that was a journey into the "memory".

Mike recently joined Instagram and managed to win an impressive 16,000 followers.

Unlike other members of the royal family, Mike shares open photos on social media, including selfies and food pictures.

Since joining Instagram in September, he has managed to write posts 33 times.

The photo showed him and his old English rugby teammates on the social media website with a heartwarming caption.

The post said, "Sixteen years ago we made a great journey into the past with these guys for BBC 5 Live.

"Massive week for this current bunch, hopefully they'll think about a fantastic win next week."

Unfortunately, England lost in the final of the Rugby World Cup South Africa.

The second episode of Diary of Japan is available on YouTube under Mr Haskell's account.

He is a former English rugby player who played for Wasps RFC and Northampton Saints in Aviva Premiership and internationally for England.
