Braga is in trouble in Ibrox tonight – according to former Dundee United prodigy Ryan Gauld.
The Portuguese team faced the Rangers in the first leg of their last draw in the Europa League tonight, after beating Benfica over the weekend.
Manager Steven Gerrard insists that his sides are disadvantaged, but Gauld calculates their impressive results against Porto which show exactly what the Rangers can do.
He said to Bola Branca: “They drew at Dragao and they won at home.
“They defend very well and have a lot of qualities. It is very difficult for any team to go to Ibrox and I think the Rangers will go through.
“The stadium will be full of around 50,000 fans and it will be very difficult for Braga.”
The former Hibs borrower has also identified who he considers men in danger alongside Steven Gerrard.
“Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos are the players who make the difference in the Rangers team.
“The midfield is also strong but those two stand out.
“I think Braga is in good shape, but that atmosphere in Scotland helps the Rangers a lot.
“I know it will be different here. Rangers will win over there, I don’t know what will happen here.”
