Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne celebrated their wedding anniversary on Saturday with two touching social media giveaways.
The legendary 71-year-old Black Sabbath rock star and his iconic 67-year-old wife celebrated 38 years of marriage and over 40 years together yesterday.
Ozzy, who met Sharon when she was only 18, went on social media to share two adorable throwback photos on their wedding day.
In the shots, which he revealed to his 3.9 million followers on Instagram, Ozzy wore a white dress and a bow tie and wore a green laurel around his neck.
Sharon wore a white dress and a long veil and looked lovingly at her new husband in the photos, taken in July 1982.
“Happy anniversary, my love!” Ozzy subtitled the post.
Sharon also took social media to celebrate the important occasion with a moving video of their relationship.
In the post, the former X Factor judge has unveiled a collection of short videos of the happy couple over the years along with Zayn Malik’s melody Dusk Till Dawn.
Many of the recordings were shot during press events and others featured tender moments when the couple kissed.
“40 years together, 38 years of marriage, why did it go so quickly?” Sharon wrote in the moving caption.
“It wasn’t yesterday that our children were children, we were young and we thought we knew everything.
He continued: “Your love makes me feel confident and courageous, you are a part of me, you are in my soul forever, my dear. Always, your Sharon.”
Sharon’s comments section was quickly flooded with fan messages as they congratulated them on the great milestone.
“Happy Happy Anniversary! You couldn’t have a more suitable anniversary. We Love You To The Moon,” wrote a fan.
“You two are the epitome of couple goals! An always honest reminder that every relationship requires work and it won’t always be easy, cute or fun! But if you really love your partner, it’s worth working on everything!” Added a other.
Sharon met Ozzy for the first time when she was only 18 through her father, Don Arden, who at the time ran Black Sabbath.
After hitchhiking in 1982, the couple welcomed three children, Aimee, 36, Kelly, 35 and Jack, 34.
Earlier this year, the rocker revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, however he promised to fight degenerative disease.
