If you smoke, you are four times more likely than nonsmokers to have restless sleep.

It's apparently because of the lack of nicotine that you engage in at night.

Regular nights of insomnia can make the bags under your eyes look much bigger and more visible over time.

2. Premature wrinkles

Smoking can accelerate the aging process of your skin, thus contributing to the appearance of wrinkles.

The more cigarettes you smoke each day and the longer you smoke, the more wrinkles your skin will suffer.

But it is difficult to detect early skin lesions caused by tobacco, but only too late.

Smoking causes the formation of wrinkles, as nicotine in cigarettes can cause narrowing of blood vessels in the layers of the skin.

This limits blood flow and prevents your skin from receiving the oxygen and nutrients it needs to stay nourished and hydrated.
