BARCELONA, 22 (EUROPA PRESS)
The candidate for the presidency of FC Barcelona Joan Laporta puts up for ‘sale’ this week the canvas with the slogan ‘You want to see you again’, which he placed in a building near the Santiago Bernabéu of Real Madrid, with the aim of raising funds for the FC Barcelona Foundation.
As Laporta himself announced some time ago at a press conference, the canvas will be auctioned this week among all those who want to have a piece of the thousand square meters of advertising action that, now, will become “a good cause”.
Although the figures of the operation are still unknown, Laporta’s team seeks to “close the circle” of the canvas and turn it into solidarity action in favor of the founding of the Blaugrana club. A canvas that will be torn to pieces and that can be obtained by its buyers at about 50 collection points.
On December 15, Laporta, in a media action of great depth, placed an advertisement from top to bottom of a 13-story building.
‘You want to see you again’, reads the banner of 1000 square meters –50 meters high by 20 wide – of his candidacy ‘Estimem el Barça’ (‘We want Barça’), in reference to the great rival of the club Blaugrana, and who was hung for a month, until mid-January.
