This Monday started with heavy rains and winds in the City of Buenos Aires and several parts of the Buenos Aires suburbs. From 5 a.m., the National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported that they will be maintained, at least, for much of the morning.
Bad weather not only affects the capital of the country, but also includes towns and parties such as Berazategui, Berisso, Ensenada, Florencio Varela, La Plata, Magdalena, Quilmes.
It also reaches Almirante Brown, Avellaneda, Campana, Escobar, Esteban Echeverria, Exaltación de la Cruz, Gral. Rodríguez, Gral. San Martin, Hurlingham, Ituzaingó, José C. Paz and La Matanza.
An orange alert is in force in the City of Buenos Aires, which implies the presence of “possible meteorological phenomena capable of damage and risk of momentary interruption of daily activities.”
