The first photo of a Paisley murder victim found dead in the apartment

Police released the first photo of a man whose body was found in an apartment in Paisley.

Ryan Low was discovered on his property on Springbank Road after police were called in on Monday morning.

The 32-year-old’s death is treated as murder.

Three blocks of apartments in the Shortroods area were isolated when a murder probe was launched.

Investigators are now combing CCTV as part of their investigations

Relatives have been informed and a full report will be sent to the Tax Attorney in due course.

Chief Investigator Chief Investigator Inspector Gillian Grant (West) said: “Extensive police investigations are currently underway.

“The agents are collecting CCTV footage from the surrounding area to provide additional information that will help us track down the person or persons responsible, and door-to-door investigations are being conducted.

“I would ask anyone who has been in the Springbank Road area of ​​Paisley in the past few days and who may have seen or heard a disturbance, witnessed any strange activity or anyone who is acting strangely to get in touch with us.

“I am also looking forward to hearing from anyone who has had contact with Ryan recently. We reported a sighting of Ryan on the evening of Wednesday 24 June 2020.

“Anyone with information that could help us in this investigation, or who may have seen or spoken recently with Ryan, is invited to call us on 0141 305 4530, citing reference number 1150 on June 29th.

“Anyone who has a CCTV, mobile phone, dashcam or any other video that they believe could be useful to the request is invited to send it.

Anyone with any information they wish to transmit while remaining anonymous can do so via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. “
