The company has now confirmed this in line with our previous report, which suggested that Huawei's upcoming flagship series – the Huawei P30 series – could hit the market at the end of March.
A video teaser has surfaced online confirming that the Huawei P30 series, which will likely include the P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite, will be officially announced at a launch event on March 26 in Paris, France.
According to the rumors, the Huawei P30 and the P30 Pro are equipped with notched water droplets. A leaked image of the screen protector of the P30 Pro also confirms this. The UAProf from P30 and P30 Pro were discovered, confirming their display resolutions.
The leaked images relative to the display of the smartphone show a reduced chin size, which means that the company has decided to remove the home button that contained the fingerprint sensor. Instead, the company seems to have opted for an OLED display with in-display fingerprint sensor.
Earlier leaks have revealed that the upcoming Huawei P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite smartphones are named Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire. The display of the phone supports a full HD screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The device comes preinstalled with the latest Android 9 Pie operating system and comes with EMUI's own custom interface.
Under the hood, the devices are expected to run on the company's Kirin 980 octa-core chipset, which can defend against Qualcomm Snapdragon 855. As far as the camera is concerned, the P30 could have a triple camera module in the back, while the Pro Edition is also likely to come with triple rear view cameras and a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor and 10x optical zoom.
The memory of the P30 series could be 12 GB. While the P30 will have a 6.1-inch screen, the Pro version will be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED display. In terms of support for fast charging technology, the P30 has a charging support of 22.5W, while the P30 Pro offers support for 40W fast charging.
