The London Stock Exchange falls 0.36% due to the advance of the pandemic

London, Nov 13 (EFE) .- The London Stock Exchange closed this Friday with a fall of 0.36%, amid market concerns about the advance of the pandemic in the United Kingdom.

The FTSE-100, the main index in the British capital, fell 22.55 points, to 6,316.39 integers, while the secondary FTSE-250 fell 0.17%, 32.17 points, to 19,270 integers.

The British Government reported 27,301 new covid-19 infections today, after reporting 33,470 yesterday, a record since the pandemic began.

Tech Halma led losses with a 3.91% drop, while services firm Experian lost 3.25%, food company Associated British Foods 2.71%, certification company Intertek Group 2.69 % and the information and analysis firm RELX 2.42%.



On the other hand, the investor M&G rose 4.77%, the insurer Legal & General Group, 4.19%, the automobile company Rolls Royce Holdings, 4.11%, the bank Lloyds Banking Group, 3.73 % and the hotelier Whitbread 3.58%. EFE
